Report a Call
This form helps us improve the quality of our coverage. Canada has tens of thousands of charities and millions of businesses, and smaller, regional, new, or hard-to-identify callers may sometimes slip through.
This is not a complaint form. We do not investigate individual calls, identify callers, file complaints, or confirm whether a specific organization was already covered. But if you know the charity, foundation, business, or company that called, your report can help us improve the service.
We wish we could help with every unwanted call. Some calls fall outside what this service can practically handle because we work within the limits of federal telemarketing and privacy rules.
If you want to make a formal telemarketing complaint, that must be done directly through the official National Do Not Call List complaint process. Don’t Call Me Inc. does not provide legal advice or individual complaint handling.

Don’t Call Me can only help when you can identify the company, charity, fundraiser, foundation, or organization calling you. You have the right to ask a caller what organization they represent. If they call again, take note of the organization name and then return to this page and choose the closest option. See our FAQ section for more information.
This call is outside the Don't Call Me service
Don’t Call Me is designed to work alongside the federal government's National Do Not Call List. General cold calls from businesses or telemarketers with whom you have no prior relationship may need to be handled through the government's official National Do Not Call List process instead.
When your Don’t Call Me service was set up, you were asked whether the protected number was already registered on the federal National Do Not Call List. If you answered no, Don’t Call Me submitted the number for registration on your behalf. If you answered yes, we did not submit it again.
If you may have answered yes by mistake, or are unsure whether the number is registered, you can check its status on the official National Do Not Call List website. If it is not registered, you should register it there as soon as possible.
If the number is already registered with the federal Do Not Call List and you still receive a general telemarketing or cold call from a business with which you have no prior relationship or permission, you may be able to submit a formal complaint through the official National Do Not Call List complaint process.
Don’t Call Me does not submit complaints on your behalf. See our FAQ for more information about what Report a Call is used for.

Don’t Call Me does not revoke permission you give after your service begins. You can contact the organization directly to withdraw that newer permission. If calls continue after that, return to this page and submit a report.
